Our most economical option, the chain drive overhead door opener, was originally designed to withstand heavy loads and frequent use. These industrial strength openers are reliable, powerful, and built for the long haul. They will be noisier than their counterpart, the belt drive, but if you have an oversized or heavy wooden door, this may be the choice for you!

If you have what we call “low headroom,” where the garage ceiling is low and there is not enough room to install a garage door opener overhead, the jackshaft (wall mount) garage door opener may be a great option for you! These openers will mount to the side of the garage door instead of overhead, and will lift the garage door up and down while limiting noise and vibration.
